Keep unopened lyophilized vials in a cool, dry place away from light, and refrigerate or freeze them for longer storage. Once a vial is reconstituted, refrigerate it and use it within the timeframe recommended for your protocol.

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is not accepted until we confirm it and ship it. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@eaglebiopep.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If we confirm the problem, we will replace the item or refund the affected amount at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
